Cookies
There aren’t any. Here is what that means, and the one thing this site does remember.

Not finished — the club still has to supply:
- the club’s registered postal address
- the name and email of whoever handles data protection questions
- how long hire enquiries are kept before deletion
Until these are filled in, this page is a draft and should be checked by someone who can speak for the club before the site goes public.
This site sets no cookies
Not "only essential ones" — none. No analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixels, no social buttons, no embedded video, no maps, no chat widget, no A/B testing. The typeface is served from this website's own address rather than from a font service, so loading a page here does not tell anybody else that you visited.
The one thing that is stored
If you use the light/dark switch in the header, your choice is saved in your own browser under the name rr-theme, so the site opens the way you left it. One word:light or dark. It never leaves your device, it is not a cookie, and it is not sent to the club or to anyone else. It is only written when you press the switch — if you never touch it, nothing is stored at all.
To clear it, switch back to the light theme, or clear this site's data in your browser settings.
Why there is no banner
Consent is required for storage that is not needed to provide what you asked for — the tracking and advertising that most banners exist to cover. This site does none of it, and remembering a setting you chose by pressing a button is the thing you asked for. A banner here would be asking your permission for nothing, and would suggest we are doing something we are not. So there isn't one — not a consent dialogue, and not a notice to dismiss either. This page is where it is written down instead.
If that ever changes — if the club adds analytics, an embedded map or a video — this page has to be rewritten and a real consent banner added, one that blocks those things until you agree. Not a notice you dismiss.
The members' area
Club officers and coaches sign in to a separate booking system on its own address. That one does set a cookie, because it has to remember that you are signed in. It is only ever set after somebody signs in, and it is not part of this website.
